Community Fit is committed to providing a wide variety of services to help meet your needs. We are continually working with our team of service providers to obtain additional trainings and certifications, with the goal of being able to provide for a wide variety of needs.

Cancer Clients
At Community Fit, we have three providers who are trained to work with individuals who are going through cancer treatment or are in remission. We have a Cancer Exercise Specialist, a Breast Cancer Recovery Specialist, and a Registered Dietician Nutritionist (RDN) who is a Certified Specialist in Oncology (CSO).
Drug and Alcohol Recovery Specialist
Our Drug and Alcohol Recovery Specialist has studied the pathophysiology of Substance and Alcohol Use Disorders and comorbidities which will contribute to orthopedic, physiological, and psychological considerations when working with this population in the fitness/training setting.
Orthopedic Fitness Specialist
The Orthopedic Fitness Specialist is prepared to deliver individualized and appropriate fitness programming for the unique needs of individuals living with joint pain and injury.
Intellectual & Physical Disabilities
Our service providers who have been trained to work with individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. Our providers have the knowledge and experience to work with individuals with Autism, Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy, and more.
Physical
Therapy
We partner with numerous local Physical Therapy Clinics to provide you with the recovery you need. From Pelvic Floor to Orthopedic needs, we have a Physical Therapist who can help you recover.
Stroke
Recovery
A stroke is a life-altering occurrence that can profoundly affect activities of daily life to greatly varying degrees. However, after the hospital and rehab is done, there is still so much that can improve, with the right guidance. Our Stroke Recovery Specialist is here to help you.
Parkinson's
Disease
Working with a Parkinson's Fitness Specialist is important to ensure that you have a fitness plan that is safe and effective, and designed to specifically meet the needs of those with Parkinson’s Disease.
Arthritis
Our Arthritis Fitness Specialist is knowledgeable on types of arthritis, symptoms that stem from the disease process, and mastering methods to improve muscle strength, range of motion, and flexibility, is paramount when working with individuals with arthritis.
Alzheimer's
Disease
An Alzheimer's Fitness Specialist will utilize cutting-edge ideas to optimize the impact that fitness can have on Alzheimer Patients. All physical activity is good for the brain, but the inclusion of specific elements such as coordination, reactivity, partner interaction, attention and memory challenges integrated with physical activity make it even more beneficial.
